Small steps with big feet
jBPM Community Day
This week, something historical is bound to happen…
Indeed, I’m talking about the jBPM Community Day, the first one ever to be organised since mankind walks the earth. Since I’m attending and speaking at this conference, I’m hoping that whoever reads this will be joining the event too.
If you are in any way doing something with jBPM, there is no excuse not to come. There won’t be a next “first time” after this one.
Before finishing my enthousiastic – but hopefully convincing – post, I would like to share 2 articles which I found while strolling through my jBPm bookmarks.
Tom Baeyens on the PVM: a short, but to the point article about the jBPM Process Virtual Machine. Definitely worth a look when this “PVM thing” doesn’t ring a bell.
Process Component Models: The Next Generation in Workflow: a not-so-short article about workflow engines, BPMN, BPEL != BPM and the future of developing business processes.
